Health benefits of Ginkgo nuts

The Maidenhair tree or the ginkgo tree is native to China and is the only surviving species in Ginkgophyta division. The leaf of the Ginkgo biloba is used as a dietary supplement. Gingko nuts are used in congee. Ginkgo seeds are added to the dishes such as chawanmushi.
