Health is wealth

Food is a best medicine in the world. Influential substances like Vitamins, phytonutrients, antioxidants, minerals, fiber, fatty acids and much more are found in the food. Before taking vegetables, grains, oils, meat or fruits we must know the nutritional value of that food. It is vital for everyone to learn about the nutritional requirements of our body. Food science provides the necessary details i.e., nutrition value, storage quality, consumption, processing methods and antioxidant strength.    
Healthy life depends on properly administered food. Several studies reveal that eating right food at first years will give virtuous and sustainable life. Poor diet cause toxicity and nutrient deficiency. The medicinal foods act as natural protectors against disease and reduce the effects of aging. 

In modern days, people tend to eat fast foods and slackly omit natural foods. Preservatives, chemicals, additives and artificial colorants are used in the modern food industry which is hazardous to the health. Ultimately these compounds create genetic malformations, diseases, cancer, etc.
